Bookkeeper/Office Manager

  • Bookkeeping via QuickBooks Online
  • Project Accounting, Job Cost Summaries, and subcontractor payroll
  • Invoicing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Monthly Reconciliations
  • Biweekly payroll taxes, monthly sales tax, quarterly payroll filings and annual 1099's
  • Monthly trend report, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning
  • Provide back up support to Office Manager with an emphasis in scheduling and production management

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Extensive QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online Experience
    • Experience processing payroll taxes, sales tax, quarterly payroll filings
    • Microsoft Office Experience particularly excel
    • Trustworthy, Hard Working Team Player with customer service mindset
    • Organized and Detailed Oriented
    • Accountable and Coachable
