The responsibility of a Staff Accountant includes but not limited to:

- - - - - - - - - Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
- - - - - - - - - Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
- - - - - - - - - Prepare bank reconciliations
- - - - - - - - - Review general ledger entries by maintaining records and files, reconciling AP accounts
- - - - - - - - - Create general journal entries
- - - - - - - - - Other projects assigned

Requirements:
- - - - - - - - - Associates or bachelor's degree in accounting
- - - - - - - - - Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- - - - - - - - - 1-3 years Account Payable experience preferred
- - - - - - - - - Proficient in data entry, coding accuracy
- - - - - - - - - Be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.
- - - - - - - - - Be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 40 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 4 feet.
