Description:Job Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable accounts for roughly 70% of this roles daily responsibilities
• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and authorization.
• Weekly review and analysis of company corporate credit cards.
• Identify opportunities to implement best practices and automation to reduce manual tasks and enhance accuracy.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs via check, ACH, wire transfers etc.
• Assist in the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure accurate balances.
• Assist in month end close.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits, as necessary.Requirements:Required skills
  • 5+ years in general accounting roles
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Proficient with spreadsheet software (Excel)
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Works independently and has excellent time management skills
  • Prior experience with AP/AR & GLDesired Skills & Experience
    • Proficient in Excel
    • Experience with Sage Intacct system desired but not mandatoryEligibility Requirements
