Bookkeeper for a Growing FinTech Firm - Hybrid role About the Organization CFS of New York is working with a growing FinTech company that leads in providing consumer loans to employees, a unique business structure in which they are respected leaders in Their approach and philosophy to providing financial services for individuals is unique in that they require different financial criteria's than your traditional firm A huge opportunity for someone to be a crucial part of their accounting team and provide efficient processes and fresh ideas to make the department run smoother Competitive salary, discretionary bonus, Medical, dental, vision, 401K, and Stock options "Company encourages employees to be informed and continue to learn" "Management is receptive to ideas and feedback" Responsibilities: Full cycle accounts payable processing, including matching, batching and coding invoices Communicating with vendors on an as needed basis Cut checks and process ACH payments Accurately apply incoming payments Assist with collection efforts as needed Participate in month end close procedures as it relates to AP/AR Experience Preferred: All levels encouraged to apply! Experience with Sage a plus! Intermediate Excel, v lookups and pivot tables a plus Able to work independently INDEC2024
