Bookkeeper/ Accountant (Law Firm and Quickbooks a must).
Responsible for Financial reporting, GL, AP & AR. Ensure all
internal controls, policies and procedures are in place. Post daily
bank transactions to the general ledger & produce weekly cash
report. Responsible for the timely submission of bi-weekly payroll.
. Prepare client settlement checks & breakdowns as well as
disbursements. Manage IOLA and client escrow accounts. Work closely
with outside accounting firm regarding all reports required for
yearly and quarterly taxes. Create Excel spreadsheets to provide
and analyze all financial and accounting information.
