Job Description:

Manages the overall office activities, the administrative personnel in the organization, and performs general sales tasks by performing the following duties. Duties And Responsibilities: Analyzes and organizes office operations including but not limited to phone, internet, and cable systems, office furniture, facilities maintenance scheduling, printer management, and shipping logistics. Evaluates front office production, revises procedures, or devises new forms to improve efficiency of workflow. Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices. Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Coordinates activities of various clerical departments or workers within department. Troubleshoots/resolves basic operational and technical problems. Provides back-up support to general office staff and the rental program. Works with HR on company event planning. Perform other functions as required. Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education And/Or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as product specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, correspondence and prepare customer/contract related technical documentation. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
