Job Description Job Description The Executive Personal Assistant
(“EPA”) serves as the right hand to the Team Lead, supporting both
professional and personal priorities with discretion, urgency, and
foresight. This role is designed to protect KJ’s time, streamline
decision-making, and ensure that both business objectives and
personal responsibilities are handled seamlessly. Success in this
role means anticipating needs before they arise, keeping a
real-time grasp on everything KJ has in motion, and continuously
aligning her calendar, priorities, and energy toward her highest
and best use—with a primary emphasis on business development, brand
building, and revenue-generating activities. This is a high-trust,
high-responsibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment, enjoys complexity, and takes pride in being
indispensable. Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Support an executive with meeting preparation and
take minutes Make sure executive schedules including travel
arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and
up-to-date Act as the main point of contact the high-level
executive Ensure basic bookkeeping duties are completed Own and
manage KJ’s business calendar, ensuring accuracy, confirmations,
prep time, and strategic flow Manage all business email accounts,
including prioritization, flagging, drafting responses, and
follow-ups Maintain and actively manage KJ’s project list and live
to-do list, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks Coordinate
and manage travel logistics (domestic & international) Support and
manage speaking engagements, panels, appearances, and media
opportunities Ensure KJ is fully prepped and on time for all
professional commitments Serve as a central point of coordination
between KJ and internal team members when appropriate Assist with
planning and execution of professional and personal events
Coordinate logistics, including calendars, venues, vendors, guest
lists, RSVPs, travel, and run-of-show Track timelines,
deliverables, and follow-ups related to events Maintain awareness
of and assist in managing family and personal calendars Coordinate
personal appointments, commitments, and key dates Ensure KJ is
reminded of and attends important personal and family events Serve
as a trusted coordinator across personal vendors, service
providers, and family-related logistics Qualifications: Must have
graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of
completion Excellent communication skills, time management skills,
interpersonal skills, and organizational skills At least 2 years of
experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing
supportive duties Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential
information Experience in providing executive-level administrative
support in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage complex
calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and
itineraries Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and
handling sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in
office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
management Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address
