Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Insurance policy reviews and offer products based on needs. QUALIFICATIONS: NY Property & Casualty License NY Life, Accident and Health License (must be able to obtain). Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
