Your Responsibilities as a Commercial Door Installer As a Commercial Garage Door Installer, you’ll be responsible for repairing, installing, and servicing garage door systems on-site at customer locations. Diagnose and Repair – Service and repair commercial and residential garage doors, operators, rolling steel doors, sectional doors, springs, and hardware. Install New Equipment – Install new doors, operators, and commercial-grade systems safely and efficiently. Educate the Customer – Clearly explain repair options, preventative solutions, and completed work. Sell Services, Repairs, and New Equipment – Use our proven good/better/best model to present solutions and collect payment. Manage Inventory – Maintain tools, parts, and inventory in your company vehicle. How to Succeed in This Role Maximize Your Time – Efficiently manage your day while fully addressing customer needs.
