JerseyDescription:The successful candidate will lead the Labor &
Employee Relations (L&ER) function for the Rotary & Mission
Systems business area of Lockheed Martin. The leader will be
responsible for developing and implementing an L&ER strategy
that includes more than 35 collective bargaining agreements and
over 9,000 represented employees both domestically and
internationally. This role is responsible for collective bargaining
activity, contract interpretation, grievance and arbitration
management as well as positive employee relations activity across
RMS. The Director will partner with functional and line of business
leadership to ensure the strategy and outcomes meet and exceed
business objectives across the RMS portfolio. The leader, as a
member of the RMS HR Senior Leadership Team will partner with HRBP
and COE staff to position the business and L&ER for success. In
support of these objectives, this position leads an organization of
move than 20 L&ER professionals and leverages resources across
the broader HR function.Basic Qualifications:--- Broad and
progressive L&ER experience including leading in an L&ER
capacity--- Experience leading an organization of significant size
and complexity--- Significant experience in collective
bargaining--- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships---
Significant experience in dispute resolutionDesired Skills:---
Global L&ER experience--- Experience leading and supporting
geographically dispersed team members and clients--- Strong written
and verbal communications skills; strong/effective presentation

Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide
additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from
standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be
condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with

Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3
