Helicopter Program team with contract administration, negotiation,
management, and data analytics.Lead negotiations, review and
evaluate customer requests for proposal or revisions to contracts
and IWTAs; provide risk assessments and offer alternative
approaches to mitigate risk, including alternative contractual
language. Evaluate and coordinate proposals. Investigate and
reconcile contract changes involving cost, specifications,
schedules, etc. Collect and analyze data, identify trends, and
report contract status data to contracts team, management and
customers. Monitor contract performance, identify and status issues
to contracts team for action. Work closely with contracts and
program teams to improve contract management performance. Manage ad
hoc data requests and works closely with department manager to spot
performance trends.Maintain highest standard of ethics while
implementing Lockheed Martin corporate and local policies and
procedures.Should be able to handle multiple assignments and
achieve program goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers,
integrated program team members, and industry peers. May require
travel.Basic Qualifications:Contract Administration & Negotiation
experience; broad knowledge of all phases of contracts management
(Request for Proposal (RFP), negotiation, administration and close
out)- Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the
US.Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related
discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6
years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional
experience with a related Masters degree.BASIC
