Description:
The Heating and Cooling Project Manager is responsible for project management and account sales of residential custom home projects.
Construction experience a plus!
Wage range: 80-100K+ Bonus, Vehicle Allowance etc.
Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Heating and Cooling projects for high end homes.
• Collaborate internally with engineering department to ensure accurate scope of work and costs. Manage job costs and budget. Minimize cost.
• Complete work in progress reviews. Visit job sites to communicate progress, safety needs, and opportunities with the production department.
• Bill projects
• Complete buyout pricing with subcontractors and for large equipment and material orders.
• Stay up on the latest products and technology in the HVAC industry.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned.Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Highly organized and goal driven
  • Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel)Desired Skills & Experience
    • Construction or field experience
    • Customer service experience
    • Salesforce or CRM experience
    • HVAC (mechanical) experience
    • Project management experience
