We are looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The Assistant Director of Nursing will assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

  Assistant Director of Nursing Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Must have a valid CT RN License, OR
    
  • Be able to transfer out-of-state RN License to CT in a reasonable timeframe
    
  • Must have extensive experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare facility.
    
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
    
  • CPR, ACLS/BLS Certification
    
  • COVID-19 Vaccination
