colleague success.Role OverviewResponsible for driving growth plans
in the Philippines and aligning with global standards within
Delivering Aon United (DAU). Promotes a "one-firm" mindset.Key
responsibilities include strengthening client relationships,
securing existing business, and expanding through the sale of
additional solutions aligned with client needs.Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead Philippines' growth strategies, focusing on Health
Solutions and Marketing.
- Drive growth of new and existing clients, leveraging
cross-solution opportunities, in collaboration with regional and
solution line leadership.
- Promote the DAU client value model and global standards to
embed DAU into regular practice, with an understanding of client
segmentation.
- Support client acquisition and profitable growth through
partnerships with country and regional leaders.
- Develop and execute country growth plans, budgets, and targets
for both short-term and long-term performance.
- Deliver quarterly reviews and contribute to regional growth
planning, utilizing best practices.
- Ensure consistent application of the sales process, pipeline
management, forecasting, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with Growth Operations and Marketing to identify
market opportunities and tailor strategies to local needs.Skills
for Success:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Psychology, Business,
Economics, Human Resources, or related medical sciences.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Business Development,
Marketing, or relevant consulting within the industry.
- Exceptional client management and business development
skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and
organizational skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proven leadership qualities, including team orientation,
ethical conduct, and adaptability.
