Job DescriptionThriveworks is seeking professionals with the following qualifications:

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required
• Masters in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required
• Understanding of AdvancedMD(AMD) EMR is a plus
• Preferred: 2-5 years of experience working in a setting focused on the treatment of adolescents with mental health disorders.Requirements:
  • Make Psychiatric assessments and evaluations of adolescent clients in an ongoing telemedicine capacity
  • Prescribe medication in an effort to reduce mental health symptoms, as needed
  • Review and approve individualized service plans and assessments
  • Coordinate and collaborate care with other care providers including, but not limited to, primary care physicians, school personnel, therapists, and parents.
  • Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services at the various sitesBenefits:

    • Site hours of operation are from 7a-10p, Monday thru Friday to give clients flexibility
    • Weekend hours available
    • Full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days

    • Strong referral base with an established methodology for appropriate referrals

    • W2 model
    • Earning potential up to $200,000 per year+ based on 2 clients/hour
