    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Must have a valid CT CNA License, OR
      
    • Be able to transfer out-of-state CNA License to CT in a reasonable timeframe
      
    • Must have a minimum of 6 months previous experience in an LTC/SNF facility
      
    • CPR, ACLS/BLS Certification
      
    • COVID-19 Vaccination
