Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a
board-certified Primary Care Physician to join our practice. The
ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients
of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of
acute and chronic illnesses, health maintenance, and patient
education. Qualifications: With 15 years of primary care clinical
experience; a seasoned, mid-to-late career physician with extensive
clinical experience, well-developed patient management skills and
knowledge gained through substantial years of independent
comprehensive primary care practice seeking a stable, long-term
practice opportunity. Bilingual capabilities a plus MD or DO degree
from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited
residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or
Med-Peds Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Valid and unrestricted NY state medical license Valid DEA license
Current BLS/ACLS certification Clean malpractice history Excellent
clinical skills and medical knowledge Strong diagnostic and
problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR/EMR
systems) Commitment to patient-centered care and quality
improvement $50K productivity and quality bonus for candidates with
10years experience Physician may select a 4 or 5 (regular length)
day week. Must be available (on the rare occasion to go into
hospital on weekend for a complication from a surgical case)
