Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Pittsfield, MA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $3,048 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – RN Educator – Massachusetts Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Lenox, Massachusetts Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 8-hour shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation required Highlights: Focus on educating OR circulation for C-sections within the Family Birthplace Unit Opportunity to mentor and develop nursing staff in high-acuity perinatal care Meditech Expanse electronic medical record system (strongly preferred) 13-week assignment with holiday and overtime multipliers at 1.25% Must have own transportation for this assignment Limited requested time off considered (maximum 3 days, requests must be submitted upfront) Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree required 3 years of current RN Educator experience in the perinatal field Demonstrated experience educating staff on circulating in OR for C-sections required High proficiency in Labor & Delivery and C-section circulation (straight LD experience alone will not be considered) Active Massachusetts RN license Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications (all must be active prior to start) COVID vaccination with dose dated on or after October 3, 2023 (exemptions considered with proper documentation and masking requirement) Must reside beyond 50 miles from facility location Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) required Why It's a Great Opportunity: This educator role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on perinatal nursing practice by developing skilled OR circulation nurses for cesarean deliveries.
