looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager HHA or CNA
to join our caring team. In this role, you will be instrumental in
offering specialized care to our residents, assisting with daily
living activities, and ensuring that they lead a comfortable,
dignified life. Your expertise in patient care and deep
understanding of elderly needs will help us enrich their lives.
This position requires someone who can work with minimal
supervision, demonstrate empathy and patience at all times, and
maintain a positive and professional environment. Assist residents
with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming,
and toileting Implement care plans set forth by health care
professionals and ensure all medical instructions are followed
Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behavior, and
needs Coordinate with healthcare providers, therapists, and the
nursing team to provide comprehensive care Maintain accurate
records of residents’ care, condition, progress, and concerns
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and
practices Proficient in nursing and personal care practices Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to operate medical
equipment Knowledge of first aid and emergency response Capability
to maintain patient confidentiality Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing
Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification CPR and
First-Aid certification
