fast-paced setting. Provide high-quality nursing care for a diverse
patient population in a hospital setting. Administer medications,
maintain patient records, and monitor for side effects or
complications. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and
their families on disease prevention and health maintenance
techniques. Participate in continuous education to stay current
with medical practices and policies. Supervise junior nursing staff
and assist in their professional development. Strong clinical
skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress situations
calmly and effectively Proficiency in electronic health record
(EHR) systems Detail-oriented with strong observational skills

401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support
