Job Description:

is seeking a Clinical Nurse II for our specialized Colorectal
Surgery & Urology unit. This role demands a compassionate and

comprehensive nursing care to patients in the colorectal surgery
and urology units. Participate in surgical procedures as necessary,
providing pre- and post-operative care. Collaborate with

Engage in continuous education to remain abreast of advancements in
colorectal and urological health. Contribute to research and
clinical trials aimed at enhancing care methodologies. Document
patient interactions and treatments in compliance with hospital
standards. Strong practical knowledge of colorectal surgery and
urology nursing practices. Proficiency in the use of medical
software for patient management. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure
environments. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Certification in colorectal nursing or urology nursing is highly
preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certification.
