in diagnosing and treating retinal diseases and will be committed
to providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: -
Perform surgical procedures related to retinal conditions,
including but not limited to retinal detachment, macular holes, and
diabetic retinopathy. - Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and
interpret diagnostic tests to assess retinal health. - Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans for patients with retinal
disorders. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
ensure comprehensive patient care. - Stay updated on the latest
advancements in retinal surgery and treatment options. - Educate
patients and their families about retinal conditions and treatment
options. Skills: - Expertise in advanced surgical techniques for
retinal procedures. - Proficiency in using diagnostic imaging
equipment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -
Excellent patient management and counseling skills. - Commitment to

(MD or DO) from an accredited institution. - Completion of a
residency in ophthalmology and a fellowship in retina surgery. -
Board certification in ophthalmology. - Proven experience in
retinal surgery and management of retinal diseases. - Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work
effectively in a team-oriented environment.
