Certified or Truly Board Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist
Multispecialty group–employed role Hybrid schedule: combination of
in-office and virtual care Hiring due to continued expansion of
Behavioral Health services Position Overview This is an opportunity
to join a growing Behavioral Health Department within a
physician-led, patient-centric multispecialty group. The Child
Psychiatrist will treat pediatric patients through a hybrid model
and collaborate closely with Primary Care and specialty providers.
The physician will work alongside a highly trained
interdisciplinary team, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapists,
Clinical Social Workers, Nurse Care Managers, and Psychiatry staff,
while contributing to the growth and development of psychiatry
programs across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide
direct patient care, including psychiatric evaluations and
medication management for pediatric patients Deliver psychiatric
consultations to Primary Care providers Educate physicians and
nursing staff on psychiatric disorders and medication management
within the primary care setting Assist in developing and expanding
psychiatry services and programs to meet patient and provider needs
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to ensure
high-quality, coordinated behavioral health care Practice &
Organization Details EMR: Athena Established health system with 100
years of service Multispecialty group with 300 locations across
multiple states Employs more than 2,000 medical providers
Physician-led organization focused on value-based, integrated care
delivery Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $260,000 – $300,000
Compensation determined by experience, performance, quality
metrics, and location 1 year salary guarantee RVU-based
compensation model following guarantee period Potential shareholder
