Job Description:
Job Description Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist
(Remote – LGBTQ Focus) Part-Time | Massachusetts Licensed (LMHC,
LICSW, LMFT) Are you an independently licensed therapist who
believes that LGBTQ clients deserve not just competent care, but
affirming, empowering, and culturally responsive mental health
services? At our practice, supporting the LGBTQ community is not a
niche — it is our mission. We are committed to creating a clinical
home where both clients and clinicians feel seen, respected, and
valued. This role offers the autonomy and flexibility of private
practice without the financial risk, isolation, or administrative
burden of building one alone. Instead of worrying about marketing,
overhead costs, not getting paid in a timely manner by insurance or
clients, or managing complex systems, you’ll receive consistent
compensation for services provided, referrals, supervision,
administrative support, and opportunities for growth within a
collaborative, affirming team. We believe clinicians do their best
work when they feel supported. Here, you can focus on meaningful
clinical impact while being part of a community that shares your
values. This is a part-time position (5–25 clinical hours per week)
with you determining your caseload. There is potential to
transition to full-time within 3–6 months. Our Values Affirmation
and Advocacy – We provide care that actively affirms LGBTQ
