Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated and skilled BOH (Back of House)
Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. This individual will
play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency and
quality of our food service operations. As a BOH Supervisor, you
will be tasked with overseeing the kitchen staff and ensuring all
back-of-house operations adhere to Aramark's high standards of
excellence and innovation. This position requires a passion for the
culinary arts and a commitment to providing superior service in a
fast-paced environment. Supervise and coordinate activities of
kitchen staff and culinary operations Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and sanitation standards Manage inventory levels
and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels Train
new kitchen staff on proper procedures and quality standards
Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and repair Assist with menu
planning and ensure consistent food quality and presentation
Collaborate with frontline managers to meet daily service,
production, and presentation goals Handle conflict resolution among
kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work
environment Strong leadership and personnel management skills
Proficiency in kitchen operations and culinary techniques Ability
to work efficiently under pressure Strong organizational and time
management skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and
standards Capability to train staff and manage food cost within
