Job Description We are seeking dedicated CNC Machine Operators to produce quality, uncomplicated production parts according to print specifications. This role involves working under continued direction and training to ensure the highest standards of production and safety. Responsibilities Demonstrate proper work methods and procedures, including the use of tools and equipment, and adhere to safe work practices under direct and continued training. Run written programs for CNC machines to produce production parts as necessary. Perform simple machining operations to support cell deliveries with continual guidance. Comply with all rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook. Carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this position, in support of department objectives and to develop skills. Adhere to CORE guidelines and perform CORE duties as required. Follow all EH&S guidelines, including wearing required personal protective equipment. Essential Skills Knowledge of basic machine shop practices. Ability to use basic shop mathematics and work with a variety of precision measuring instruments with continued guidance. Experience of 6 months in machine operation, machining, and assembly. Proficiency in using tools such as lathe, calipers, and micrometer. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. independently. Must be physically capable of bending, lifting, squatting, twisting, overhead reaching, standing on feet for long periods of time (up to 8 hours), and climbing stairs. Why Work Here?
