Position Type Full Time Not Specified Travel Percentage None Job Shift Day Job Category Customer Service Summary/Objective The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for entry of Commercial jobs, billing, being cross-trained on entry of payroll hours, contractors pay, and providing administrative staff support. Responsible for entry of job orders into Sales Force from Sales, Dispatch, and so on. Entry of hours per week for employees to complete commercial payroll, including manually writing timecards for end of week comparisons, and entering the trucks and materials into the job cost entry system; completing the processing of payroll for submission to the payroll administrator in a timely manner on Mondays. Contractor Payroll- Compare each line of a contractor invoice to actual job paperwork, confirm men, hours and rates per invoice. Also scan copies of invoices to the contractor and submit to the Senior Vice President for review. Operational Support- Communicate with customers, validate paperwork with project managers (hours, material usage, equipment, change orders), and assist in pre-calls, and calls to the crew. Additional Responsibilities Provide support to managers and co-workers as needed, in particular being a fill-in for commercial billing as required. Minimum Qualifications Customer Focused with a positive attitude Detail oriented- Proper grammar and spelling is expected on all work tickets Team player Proficient in communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Supervisory Responsibility This role has no supervisory responsibilities. This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopies, filing cabinets & fax machines. Physical Demands This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. This position may require walking primarily on a level surface for periods of time as well as reaching above shoulder heights or below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Expected Hours of Work Days and typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Travel Travel might be required to other William B. Meyer offices for training.
