Diligent is looking for a driven, analytical Product Marketing
Manager to oversee and execute Diligents go to market strategy for
their Data & Intelligence packages and solutions. Reporting to the
Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will
own and lead the end to end go to market strategy across Diligents
new solutions and packages and grow Diligents Data & Intelligence
business. The ideal candidate will have background in marketing
data and analytics solutions for senior customer personas (e.g.,
C-suite, board, etc.) at large organizations (e.g., Fortune 500)
and a knack for data.
At Diligent, the Data & Intelligence business is one of our key
differentiators and how we win in market. The Product Marketing
Manager will successfully drive forward Diligents messaging,
positioning, and strategy for the business. This person will be
responsible for setting the stage for our data and analytics
offerings. The Product Marketing Manager will own all Product
Marketing deliverable, including messaging, positioning, strategy,
competitive intelligence, collateral, customer stories, and the
sales and customer feedback loops to increase win rate, product
adoption, and drive revenue for the business. Responsibilities
include influencing the product roadmap and telling critical
customer and product stories in market to further Diligents
ownership of the Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) space.
A strong candidate will execute on Product Marketing activities
thoughtfully and precisely and keep the end goal in mind to help us
deliver on our mission to modernize organizations around the world.
The right candidate will be excited about the opportunity to bring
more Data & Intelligence to Diligent customers and help Diligent
influence the way leaders make decisions for their organizations
and their communities.
- Execute Product Marketing strategy and deliverables for
Diligents Data & Intelligence packages and solutions, driving
product and package demand and adoption.
- Produce all messaging, positioning, and collateral for
Diligents Data & Intelligence packages and solutions, highlighting
how Diligent solves customer pain points and delivers value.
- Own and understand the Data & Intelligence competitive market,
developing competitive positioning and messaging to influence
campaigns, Sales Enablement efforts, and the Commercial
- Work in partnership with Regional Product Marketers and Field
Marketing teams to develop plans that win in market.
- Own product releases, launches, product updates, and adoption
for the Data & Intelligence packages and solutions.
- Demonstrate commitment to the function by increasing key
metrics for Diligent, such as revenue, win rate, and average
- Track, measure, and report progress towards objectives.
- 5-8+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing
- Experience in Data & Analytics, Technology, or Professional
- Ability to build relationships internally and work with key
stakeholders in Product, Sales, and Customer Success to define and
execute the Product Marketing strategy
- Ability to maintain a customer centric and results oriented
- Positive, energetic self starter with a strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Bias towards critical thinking, expertise, and action
- Strategic, yet able to execute
- Team driven
