We encourage independent thinking on a team level to help develop fresh ideas to achieve organizational goals.As a Warehouse Operations Manager with Community, you will:Monitor and audit daily deliveries performed by Service Technicians.Develop and implement Service Technician Training Process for each product that is stocked and delivered. Competency tests need to be conducted with each Technician to access skill level and ability to deliver, set up and instruct on said equipment.Recruit and hire for all open positions.Partake in initial and continued training of associate team members as well as newly hired associates.Be available and respond to all team inquires.Ensure all concentrator checks (PMs) are performed on schedule for both VA and non VA business.Review and audit of all paperwork completed by Service Technicians and provide feedback to technicians in relation to quality of paperwork.Perform regularly scheduled meetings with department to keep them informed of changes in equipment, policy, procedures and paperwork.Comply with random drug testing of all employees as instructed by Human Resources.Provide feedback to all direct reports to ensure ongoing quality assurance.Maintain all DOT requirements and implement in all applicable areas of department.Enforce all DOT requirements for CDL/HAZMAT endorsement. This includes any requirements that pertain to the dispensing of Oxygen, both liquid and gaseous.Enforce all OSHA safety regulations.Maintain all service trucks. This includes information entry into Road Net to track service, repair and DOT requirements for compliance.Comply with all company policies and proceduresPerform various duties as assigned by management.Requirements and Qualifications:Homecare or surgical/medical supply warehouse experience preferred. 2 years of supervisory or management experience. Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Mathematic skills. Computer literate - Microsoft Office. Must possess good people skills and work independently.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
