Come and experience your future!The candidate will be responsible for multiple Program Security Management LOE Effort. The responsibilities would include coordination across internal/external security functions, subject matter expert on security requirements.Other responsibilities for this position will include Program Security project efforts which include discrete work to update planning documentation and analysis efforts of Program Protection, OPSEC, Supply Chain Risk Management, and compliance records. Additional duties may include program support tasks as required on other projects.This position is located in Stratford, CT and will be supporting our Sikorsky Line of Business.Basic Qualifications:The candidate must have a Final Secret Clearance. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate and present concise, intelligent, decisive recommendations.The candidate must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills to work with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization. Effective teaming and virtual teaming skills are also required. The candidate must have the ability to support off-hour operations requirements as needed.Familiarity with NISPOM and requirements of the DD254. Ability to multi-task and problem solve, exceptional customer service skills with all customers.Desired Skills:Hands-on experience implementing aspects of the NISPOM. Must be a quick learner and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as the capability to make significant contributions in a team environment. Successful candidate will be required to provide comprehensive customer and program support. Need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be well organized and able to work in a fast paced, constantly changing, high stress working environment.
