Job Description:
Description: A dynamic team member is sought for the Subcontract
Specialist Group (SSG) within the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation
(SAC) line of business. This primary mission of the SSG is to
provide specialized sub-contract guidance to the SAC global supply
chain team, and to partner with other functional organizations to
ensure the sub-contracts meet the market segment's business needs.
The Sub-contract Specialist Group is responsible for assisting the
supply chain in executing seller terms and conditions (T&Cs)
negotiations across all SAC market segments which includes both USG
and commercial applications; leads and conducts risk-based
assessment and negotiations of RMS Legal Reserved Clauses; assists
in the development and delivery of T&C related training for new
buyers; tracks negotiation progress and records results, getting
proper internal approvals and final document preparation. In
addition, the sub-Contract Specialist will support the supply chain
team to understand, incorporate and ensure compliance with new USG
proposal requirements.
This position is part of the Strategic Sourcing Group within the
Sikorsky Global Supply Chain Organization reporting directly to the
Director of Sikorsky Supply Chain Operations. In addition to the
departmental engagements, the selected candidate should expect to
regularly engage with senior managers and legal, supply chain,
F&BO, and program management.
Candidate with contracts negotiation experience and familiarity
with FAR/DFAR.
JD preferred.
Basic Qualifications:
Solid analytical skills, proficient in word and excel. Excellent
communication skills. Self-starter that works well in a team
environment.
Desired Skills:
Candidate should be proficient with contract terms, FAR and DFAR,
and possess solid writing skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work remotely full time at a
location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site.
Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic
meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
