- Apply Common Charge Payments in QuickBooks
- Process banking deposits
- Code Invoices for payment
- Create delinquency letters
- Invoice late fee
- Process Unit Sale and Closing paperwork
- Update files
- Answer phone Shared Duties
- Perform exterior and grounds inspections
- Create inspection letters
- Draft Special letters
- Draft Rule Changes
- Research Report for Certificate Policy Compliance
- Mail
- Maintain Log/Journal
- Write work orders
- Interact with Members Should Know/ Be familiar with
- Excel formulas
