Job Description The detailer specializes in the cleaning and seasonal maintenance of boats. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Weekly washes, compounding / waxing painting, polishing metal, teak cleaning, interior detailing, engine room cleaning, ceramic coats. Set up and tidy up of sand blasting jobs. Shrink wrapping Operate buffers, hoses, vacuums, shrink wrap guns and power tools to meet service expectations Inspect finished jobs overall condition so it will be acceptable to the customer To carry out those duties and responsibilities assigned by crew leader Available to work overtime when required Wear proper personal protective equipment. Applicants will need Previous marina experience preferred but not essential. Ability to ascend and descend a ladder Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to work in confined spaces Ability to lift 50 pounds Basic boat knowledge a plus Eagerness to engage in a growing, fast paced industry Consistently treats others with dignity and respect Have a positive can do attitude Ability to accurately and repeatedly perform tasks to a satisfactory level.
