Job Description:
nARCHITECTS, PLLC, an internationally recognized and
award-winning Brooklyn-based architecture firm founded in 1999, is
seeking a candidate to assume combined responsibilities as
Communications and Business Development Coordinator. In the
Communications Coordinator role, you will be an important
contributor in crafting the firm's voice and presence in media and
publications. In the Business Development Coordinator role, you
will coordinate/lead (depending on your experience) the firm's
efforts in identifying and cultivating opportunities for new work,
and lead the firm's responses to RFQs and RFPs. Communications
Coordinator Responsibilities
- Respond to press inquiries, prepare press releases,
newsletters, and award submissions.
- Update/prepare firm portfolios, firm profiles, firm bios and
staff resumes, web presence, and social media.
- Assist the Partners in coordinating / preparing for
lectures.Business Development Responsibilities
- Support new business outreach and prospective client
relationships.
- Work with Partners and senior staff to lead, design, write, and
track responses to RFQ's and RFP's.
- Assist with assembling consultant teams for new

- An undergraduate or graduate degree in a design, art or
communications-related discipline.
- Min 1-3 years prior experience in marketing and/or business
development at an architecture or landscape architecture
office.
- Excellent writing skills and graphic design abilities.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office. Experience with
Project Management software is a plus.
- Excellent multi-tasking, communication and detailed
organizational skills. Dependability, professionalism and a
positive attitude are a must.
- Proficient English speaker and eligible to work in the U.S.
immediately.
