About the Role
Canon USA in Melville, NY is currently seeking a Senior Service
Analytics Analyst (Sr Analyst, Service Analytics). The Senior
Service Analytics Analyst provides analytical support to the
Service Planning Group as well as various levels of Service
Management. Supports decision making with in-depth reporting and
analysis of Machine, Customer, Technician and Financial performance
to ensure future growth and market competitiveness. This position
will also review and assess current processes, identify areas for
improvement and use all available tools to produce relevant and
accurate reporting. Liaison between headquarters and regional
Service Management to address issues and ensure clear communication
regarding key performance indicators. This position is full time
and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the
remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises
requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work
schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to
time based on business needs.
