Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Business Analyst (BA) for a Technical Product Manager role supporting our client, IBM. The ideal candidate will possess strong Business Analyst capabilities with deep experience in Adobe AEM, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Content Supply Chain processes.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can engage independently with business and technical stakeholders, run workshops, conduct interviews, and manage the product backlog. The AEM BA will collaborate closely with an IBM architect and Adobe team members to drive continuous improvement of the client's AEM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture current and future state requirements.
Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features and improvements based on business value, feasibility, and impact.
Collaborate with Adobe specialists and IBM architects to ensure alignment on solution design and delivery.
Define and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation.
Support testing efforts and validate that delivered functionality meets requirements.
Monitor content supply chain workflows and identify opportunities for optimization within AEM and DAM platforms.

Required Skills:

Proven Business Analyst experience with a focus on web and digital content systems
Deep hands-on experience with Adobe AEM (Sites, Assets, etc.)
Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Supply Chain concepts
Ability to lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions independently
Familiarity with Agile product ownership, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication and documentation skills
