Job Description:
My client is looking to expand their team and enhance customer
experience by bringing on a Customer Service Representative to
handle processing new orders and coordinating between internal
departments to best serve their clients.Client DetailsMy client is
a leading gloval supplier of Industrial Equipment such as
joysticks, operator chair systems & custom control
solutions.Description--- Accept and process incoming purchase
orders from customers; communicate with customers asneeded to
resolve any purchase order discrepancies--- Display strong verbal
and written communication skills by responding to customer
inquiries via phoneand email, including order status updates,
changes to open orders, or requests for new quotes--- Coordinate
with Sales, Accounting, Purchasing, and Production Departments to
ensure all orders areprocessed and customer inquiries are resolved
in a timely manner--- Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and
efficiency and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction;as needed,
elevate concerns to management--- Manage and prioritize customer
requests and concerns simultaneously--- Ensure databases contain
up-to-date account and contact information--- Maintain a positive,
empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all
times--- Perform other related duties as assignedProfile--- 1+ year
of customer service / order processing experience--- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills--- Detail oriented---
Self-motivated and organized--- Strong problem solving skills--- HS
Diploma or equivalent--- Previous experience in manufacturing
industry--- Advanced computer skills--- Associate's or Bachelor's
