and support one another. What You'll Do Capture phone sales from
external customers by: Politely and properly answering,
transferring ending all inbound calls Listening carefully to
customer's needs to determine their requirements and expectations
Attempting to get sales and proactively recommending items to
increase satisfaction Consistently attempting to convert calls to
sales Selling the appropriate products by understanding customer's
specific needs Proactively Attempting to sell accessories Ensuring
the customer receives an order number Maintain a satisfactory
conversion rate of calls Educate clients about features and
benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer
satisfaction Responsibilities may evolve over time; employees may
be asked to take on additional duties as needed to support business

role may require up to three on-site days weekly to ensure

productivity. A standard 40 hour work week is expected. This is a
