Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on outbound activity, pipeline
management, and closing new business. This is a production-driven
role for someone who is competitive, resilient, and motivated by

Licensing Required) Active Property & Casualty license is required
prior to Day 1 start in the office. Life & Health license must be
obtained within 60 days of starting. Full licensing support, study
guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the
process. What Youll Do Drive new business through outbound calls,
referrals, digital leads, and community outreach Build and manage a
consistent, active sales pipeline Conduct consultative, needs-based
conversations to uncover coverage gaps Quote, present, and close
auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies Follow up
aggressively and consistently to convert quotes into bound policies
Track daily activity, pipeline metrics, and production results
Collaborate with team members to exceed agency growth targets
Maintain compliance with agency and state insurance regulations
