this important role, you will provide relief to families by
offering in-home support to children with I/DD, allowing parents
and caregivers to take a much-needed break. If you're passionate

Highlights Location: In-home care for children with I/DD in Bergen
and/or Passaic Counties. Employment Type: Part-Time, with the
potential for Full-Time. Compensation: $22-25 per hour depending on
weekly hours worked Benefits We Offer for Full-Time Travel
Reimbursement: To assist with travel-related expenses. Health
Reimbursement: Reimbursed monthly for healthcare-related expenses.
Flexible Hours: Work around your schedule while providing vital
in-home care. Meaningful Work: Make a difference in the lives of
children and families with I/DD. What Youll Do Provide in-home care
for children with I/DD, offering respite for parents and
caregivers. Engage in fun and enriching activities with children,
supporting their emotional and behavioral needs. Maintain a
respectful and supportive relationship with families, providing a
safe and comforting environment for the child. Qualifications High
school diploma required. Experience working with children or
individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
preferred. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
